The elevator produces the background
As early as 1889 New York, the United States installed the first elevator, belonging to the hoist elevator. Since the length of the cable wound on the drum is limited, the lift range of the elevator is not large. 1904 invented the use of counterweight traction elevator, the cable does not need to be wound on the drum, lifting height is no longer limited. Since then, the improvement of the elevator technology is mainly to the automation and improve the economy and reduce the passenger waiting time direction.
Control Method
Commonly used automatic elevator using set control mode, the control system by the car control panel, waiting door control panel, level control memory and lift control cabinet components. The role of the control panel is to pass the passenger command signal. The level control memory stores the instructions of the passengers inside and outside the passenger, and arranges the ascending and descending procedure according to the rules such as high-level priority. Lifting control cabinet according to the rise, fall, stop command to control the motor acceleration, deceleration, forward, reverse and stop. Large elevators in large-scale high-rise buildings often use automatic group control mode, from 3 to 8 elevators to form a group of control system, according to the number of passengers within the car, car inside and outside the instructions, call signal and car location and other conditions Automatic dispatch of elevator operation.
Composition structure
The automatic elevator is mainly composed of car, traction system, rail and control system. The car is used to accommodate passengers or items, which is equipped with a control panel, passengers through the control panel of the corresponding button to reach the level of the signal transmission to the control system, but also direct control switch door.
The traction section includes the traction cable installed at the top of the car, the pulley block, the motor in the machine room and the steel wire sheave, and the counterweight applied to the other end of the traction cable. When the motor drives the steel wire sheave to rotate, the cable movement traction lift is lifted by friction.
For safety, the elevator is towed by a group of cables, each of which can withstand the weight of the traction alone. Traction power transmission is generally divided into reducer and no reducer type two. The former through the turbine vane reducer to the motor spindle rotation to the cable cutter; the latter to the cable directly mounted on the motor spindle, by changing the size of the motor current flow to control the speed. In order to make the car and the counterweight in the vertical movement does not occur in the lateral movement, respectively, set the car rail and counterweight guide rail.
