Injection Mold

Injection mold is a tool for the production of plastic products; is also given a complete structure of plastic products and precise size of the tool. Injection molding is a processing method used in mass production of complex parts of a shape. Specifically refers to the heat of the plastic from the injection molding machine high-pressure injection into the mold cavity, after cooling and curing, to be molded products.
The mold is divided into thermosetting plastic mold and thermoplastic mold. According to the forming process, the mold is divided into plastic mold, blow mold, casting mold, thermoforming mold, hot die (compression mold), injection mold, etc. , In which the hot stamping die can be divided into overflow, semi-overflow, no overflow of three kinds of injection mold to pour the system can be divided into cold runner mold, hot runner mold two; by loading and unloading Can be divided into mobile, fixed two.
Although the structure of the mold due to the variety and performance of plastic, plastic products, shape and structure, as well as the type of injection machine may be different, but the basic structure is consistent. Mold mainly by the casting system, thermostat system, forming parts and structural components. The casting system and molded parts are in direct contact with the plastic parts, and with the plastic and products and changes, is the most complex mold, the largest change, requiring processing of the highest degree of finish and precision. The injection mold is composed of two parts: movable mold and fixed mold. The movable mold is installed on the moving mold of the injection molding machine, and the mold is installed on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. In the injection molding, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form the pouring system and the cavity, the mold is fixed and the mold is separated to remove the plastic product. In order to reduce the heavy mold design and manufacturing workload, injection molds are mostly used standard mold.
